TDE Analyze Menu

This menu provides options for property comparison of the selected compound with one or more other compounds.

• Compare to: This command allows comparison of the selected compound with either one or more other compounds selected by the user, or structural (formula-based) isomers, or stereoisomers (if there are chiral centers), or a compounds family generated separately and stored in a file. When using this command, the current compound is kept, and all other compounds are added onto the Navigation Tree for comparison.
• Compose Families: This command calls a list of Structure analysis methods, which can be used to generate a series of families for the selected compound and saves the generated families in a file.
• Open Family: This command opens a file containing previously generated compound families. In contrast to Compare to->Family, this command replaces the current compound with a family series from the file onto the Navigation Tree for comparison.

After the initial selection, it can be modified by deleting compounds from the Navigation Tree (right-clicking or Delete key) or adding by repeated call of the Analyze Menu.
