ABSTRACT
The solubilities of clindamycin phosphate in different solvents were measured using a static method. The RPHPLC was used to determine the concentration of clindamycin phosphate in the liquid phase. The solubility data were correlated with the combined nearly ideal binary solvent (CNIBS)/Redlich-Kister equation which provided an accurate mathematical representation of the experimental data.
