The vapor liquid equilibrium (VLE) of the binary system of 2,3,3,3-tetrafluoropropene (HFO-1234yf) and 2-chloro-1,1,1,2-tetrafluoropropane (HCFC-244bb) was measured at three temperatures from (293.15 to 313.15) K. The measurements were performed with an apparatus based on the static-analysis method. By analyzing the VLE data, the binary system shows a small deviation from the Raoult s law, and does not exhibit the azeotropic behavior over the range of investigated temperatures. In addition, the experimental VLE data were correlated with the Peng Robinson equations of state with the Huron Vidal mixing rules. Good consistency was obtained between the experimental and correlated values at each experimental isothermal.
