Phase Equilibria in the Ternary System Hexacosane + Dibenzofuran + Biphenyl: Experimental Data and Prediction with DISQUAC Model

ABSTRACT
Solid liquid equilibria for ternary mixtures consisting of hexacosane + dibenzofuran + biphenyl were determined using microdifferential scanning calorimetry. The phase diagrams were established according to the experimental results. A polynomial equation was used to correlate the experimental data. The experimental results were examined in terms of the predictive group contribution model DISQUAC and then compared with the ideal model.
