The solubility of naringenin in the binary system of ethanol and water was measured by an ultraviolet spectrophotometer at 288 nm (the maximum absorption wavelength) from (283.15 to 323.15) K. The increasing solubility was correlated with the increasing temperature and the increasing mole fraction of ethanol in the solvent system. In the investigated experimental temperature range, the course of naringenin dissolving in the binary system was endothermic. The calculated solubility of naringenin showed good consistency with the experimental values.
