ABSTRACT
Excess volumes of six ternary mixtures formed by an alkane (2,2,4-trimethylpentane), two ethers (diisopropyl ether or methyl tert-butyl ether), and three alcohols (methanol, ethanol, or 1-propanol) have been determined experimentally from density measurements at the temperature of 298.15 K. Empirical equations have been fitted for the experimental results for the six ternary mixtures.
