ABSTRACT
Densities, viscosities, at temperatures (303.15 to 323.15) K, and surface tensions, at temperatures (283.15 to 303.15) K for water (W) + diethylene glycol (DEG) solutions were measured. The excess molar volumes, VmE, were calculated from the measured densities. The properties have been fitted to appropriate polynomial equation. The excess molar volumes, VmE, have been fitted to a Redlich-Kister type equation.
