ABSTRACT
The enthalpies of dissolution of 1,2,4-triazole nitrate in N-methyl pyrrolidone (NMP) were measured using a RD496-2000 Calvet microcalorimeter at four different temperatures under atmospheric pressure. Differential enthalpies (?difH) and molar enthalpies (?dissH) were determined for 1,2,4-triazole nitrate in NMP. The corresponding kinetic equations that describe the four dissolution processes are discussed.
