ABSTRACT
The objective of this work was to construct isothermal binary and ternary phase diagrams according to the measured mutual solubility data of ternary 2-nitro-p-phenylenediamine + ethyl acetate + isopropanol and 2-nitro-p-phenylenediamine + 4-nitro-o-phenylenediamine + N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone systems. In solvents of ethyl acetate + isopropanol mixtures, the solubility of 2-nitro-p-phenylenediamine increased with increasing temperature and mass fraction of ethyl acetate. In ternary phase diagram of 2-nitro-p-phenylenediamine + 4-nitro-o-phenylenediamine + N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone, there were one co-saturated point, two boundary curves, and three crystalline regions.
