ABSTRACT
Density, sound velocity as acoustic property and refractive index of oil-in-water nanoemulsions (NEs) formed by castor oil (CO), olive oil (OO) and linseed oil (LO), respectively, with cellulose acetate propionate (CAP), cellulose acetate butyrate (CAB) and Tween 80 (Tw80) are reported at temperature varying between 293.15 K 313.15 K. Ionic internal pressure generated with hydrophilic-hydrophobic interactions (HI-HbI) is also expressed as isentropic compressibility (IC) with relative change. The parameters density, refractive index and light velocity are regressed for their limiting values. Variation of sound velocity and light velocity with temperature, show opposite trends.
