ABSTRACT
Solution densities have been determined for aqueous solutions of the nucleosides cytidine, uridine, and adenosine at T = (288.15, 298.15, 303.15, and 313.15) K. These results were used to calculate the partial molar volumes at infinite dilution, V 2 , for the nucleosides. The partial molar expansions for the solutes at infinite dilution and at T = 298.15 K, E 2 fE 2 1/4 ooV 2=oT Ppg, were derived from the V 2 results. The partial molar heat capacities at infinite dilution for the nucleosides, C p;2, have also been determined at T = 298.15 K. These V 2, E 2 , and C p;2 results are critically compared with all of the results available from the literature.
