ABSTRACT
Liquid densities of acetone and n-heptane and of the binary system in a temperature range from 318 to 438K and pressures up to 130 MPa have been measured using an Anton Paar DMA HPM vibrating tube densimeter. The experimental densities were correlated with the TRIDEN-system. From the densities of the pure compounds and the mixtures the excess volumes for the binary system have been derived in the temperature range from 338 to 418K and pressures up to 130 MPa.
