ABSTRACT
The liquid liquid equilibrium of ternary mixture (propargyl alcohol +water + butyl acetate)was measured under atmospheric pressure and at different temperatures of 291.95 K, 297.35 K, 303.55 K, 313.75K and 323.25 K. The triangular phase diagrams were presented by plotting the experimental tie-line data and the calculated binodal curves and tie-lines. With the binary interaction parameters obtained by regression on the experimental data, the UNIQUAC model can describe the LLE behavior of this system fairly well.
