Liquid-Liquid Equilibria (LLE): Property Name & Phase Formats
The example shows LLE data of various types for (ethylbenzene + water).
Property Names are written out explicitly for Phase boundary pressure and Mole fraction (i.e., composition).

LLE (in the figure) indicates the general type of phase equilibrium data displayed. Property Phases are listed below the property name and are interpretted as follows:
Property: Mole fraction of ethylbenzene
- (L1) L1 L2 (T,P): The mole fraction of component 1 (ethylbenzene) in liquid phase #1 (L1) with liquid phase #1 and liquid phase #2 present (L1 L2) as a function of temperature T and pressure P.
- (L1) L1 L2 (T,P): The mole fraction of component 1 (ethylbenzene) in liquid phase #2 (L2) with liquid phase #1 and liquid phase #2 present (L1 L2) as a function of temperature T and pressure P.
General descriptions of Property Name & Phase Formats for Mixtures and Pure Components are available.
