Solubility of Candesartan Cilexetil in Different Solvents at Various Temperatures
The solubility data of candesartan cilexetil of form I in ethanol, 1-propanol, 2-propanol, acetone 2-butanone, and acetonitrile at various temperatures were measured by gravimetrical method under atmospheric pressure, and the solubility data was fitted well with the Apelblat equation. The results show that the solubility of form I in the above solvents increased with an increase of temperature, and at the same temperature, the order of solubility is 2-butanone greater than acetone greater than 1-propanol greater than ethanol greater than 2-propanol greater than acetonitrile.
